Go-LEAD employs young people ages 16-22 with diverse abilities who have been to Camp LEAD (or are interested in attending). This is a fun opportunity to engage in winter programming focused on job training and environmental education. Participants are paid to help maintain public recreation areas & learn about outdoor-related careers. 

Go!-LEAD provides the opportunity for young people to build their confidence, learn new job skills, and earn wages while helping improve public lands throughout Central Oregon. This is a supportive and fun environment for participants to reconnect with existing friends, while also forging new connections with peers they have yet to meet.

2. You will be notified by a staff member that we have received your application (if you don't hear from us right away, please don't worry!)

Required Documents

• U.S. Passport

  or

• Photo ID (state ID, driver’s license or permit)

• Signed Social Security Card or Birth Certificate 

  *These documents are for I-9 verification. This is not an exhaustive list of acceptable documents. These are just the commonly used methods to verify U.S. citizenship. 
   

If you do not have the documents above or they have expired, you should start the process of getting them ordered ASAP. Staff can assist with resources for this; let them know.

Please bring physical copies of your documents for I-9 verification and your banking information on your first day (routing and account numbers, as well as a voided check or a screenshot if using an online app) to get set up for direct deposit. If you do not have a bank account, now is a good time to set one up!
